We are seeking a full-time Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join the Christiansburg site. This position would work half the week in Christiansburg and the other half in our newest clinic at Pulaski County High School. This position will serve patients of all ages and involves providing complex direct medical care within an integrated healthcare setting. This includes working closely with behavioral health and dental staff to provide a more holistic experience for the patient. The work is performed independently with oversight provided by the CMO.
Qualifications: Must have by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment: License to practice by the Commonwealth of Virginia; DEA license; Medicare PIN and UPIN numbers; Medicaid number; BLS/CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days of hire
