ROLE SUMMARY:
Commercial Manager covering Northern WI / Western UP Michigan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with senior commercial director, retail and wholesaler teams on all sales opportunities relevant to their position including merchandising, marketing, sales, ride with and any other relevant plans/actions in the market
  • Communicate results, blueprint priorities, and programs weekly/monthly with wholesaler and commercial director
  • Responsible for trade program execution (Lead with Speed)
  • Forecasting's reviews with wholesalers and commercial directors
  • Trimester planning & strategy implementation
  • POCM management: communicate to sales team when new POCM is available, lead storage and inventory of POCM
  • Responsible for execution of trade programs and special events in market
  • Handling pricing and printed selling material for small format
  • Commercial planning & performance management (holistic), including the following: Innovation, Channel, Non-Alc
  • Routine Wholesaler JBP oversight and updates
  • Participate for pilot projects and brand programming on an ad-hoc basis
  • Build WPPM and SPR with commercial directors
  • Participate in wholesaler planning & performance routine/meetings with commercial director
  • Full understanding and ability to use tools at your disposal to provide strategic oversight of the business: IRI, PowerBI, Business Objects, VIPR, RMIS, etc.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years business experience in sales or marketing, field sales experience preferred
  • Strong partnership skills and orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, syndicated data and internal system tools
  • Process oriented, focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks
  • Ability to understand and develop strategic direction and ability to develop plans to get results
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and engage people to build a high-performance sales team
  • Strong influencing and communication skills – both internal and external
  • Strong Customer Management relationship skills
  • Knowledge of Commercial and Sales strategy, Distribution and Supply
