Allegiance Staffing is looking for the perfect candidate for our Warehouse Shipping Lead position. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-orieted and collaborative. You will need to enjoy working with others in a fast paced and vaired work environment. Be a strong communicator that can prioritize tasks and work as a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and dispatch all daily order activities to team members
• Perform quality assurance checks on outbound orders
• Meet all picking and shipping deadlines
• Utilizes third-party online portals to ship product
• Coordinates freight schedules with carriers
• Cross trained on clerical functions in warehouse
• Collaborates with sales, marketing, and other departments when necessary
• Assists Warehouse Manager in daily operations of warehouse
• Assists and leads warehouse operations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Associate Degree
• Experience leading in a warehouse/distribution environment
• Experience working with ERP/WMS systems
• Ability to stand, stoop, and lift up-to 50lbs as needed.
• Walk up to 18K steps per day
• Collaborative and thoughtful team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
