Time Staffing, a division of Hamilton-Ryker, is seeking to hire Tool Die Makers for our client in the Elyria, OH area.
1st Shift (7:00AM-3:30PM) and 3rd Shift (11:00PM-7:30AM); The client is looking to bring back 2nd shift (3:00PM-11:30PM)
What You’ll Do:
Make tools and dies to specifications using tool steel and carbide including grinding, heat-treating, lapping and other tool making related operations.

What You’ll Do:
Make tools and dies to specifications using tool steel and carbide including grinding, heat-treating, lapping and other tool making related operations.
- Set up and operate all equipment necessary to perform the above functions.
- Fabricate jigs and fixtures and special tools, such as: broaches, radius tools, drills, cutters and Lapps.
- Hold close tolerances.
- Use precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
- Assemble, repair, and rebuild tools, dies, and fixtures to specifications.
- Assist in maintenance repair work.
- Pull tooling from Tool Crib and record the issue when Tooling Support/QA Team Member is not available.
- Inspects work to ensure quality performance.
- Instruct and train all new team members.
What We Need from You:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Journeyman’s papers or equivalent experience.
What You’ll Receive:
- Wages of $32.00 per hour
- $2,500 signing bonus
- Rotating shift
- Shift Differential: 2nd Shift - $0.95 and 3rd Shift - $1.10
